Tavo & Mariachi 3.0 celebrate the diversity of popular border music through an eclectic mix of genres including Mexican Folk, Tex-Mex, Latin Rock, and Reggae-Cumbia.

Now touring nationally as lead vocalist for the band Jarabe Mexicano, San Diego-native Tavo Alcoser exhilarates with soaring vocals and a soulful delivery that have gained him the attention and admiration of audiences across the country. Cultural anthropologist and award-winning author Dr. Alejandro Lugo raves that Alcoser is “quite outstanding… his version of La Malagueña is simply the best I’ve heard in decades, if not ever.”

Tavo now brings the show home, joined by fellow touring bandmate and creative partner Chris Behrens on guitarrón alongside local mariachis Jessica Barragan on violin and Rene Velazco on vihuela.
